The machine integrates a professional glue spraying room, precision conveyor, touch screen control system and stable pneumatic system. Operators place steel backing plates on customized spray adhesive tablets, which are then automatically conveyed to the gluing station for spraying. After gluing, the workpieces are transferred to the connected oven for drying and cooling in one continuous flow. Spray Adhesive System Parameters

  • Conveyor speed is steplessly adjustable between 0.1-8m/s, controlled by a motor and transmission frequency converter for flexible adaptation to production demands.
  • Gun movement is driven by a DC servo motor, with adjustable speed (0.1-80000mm/s) and stroke (0-700mm) to fit different backing plate sizes.
  • A glue collection tablet at the bottom of the spray room recycles excess glue; after dilution, analysis and filtration, the recycled glue can be reused, minimizing material waste.
  • Equipped with an integral water room (split-type optional) with a width of approximately 1000mm; the spray gun pump features digital display and adjustability, enabling glue thickness control between 0.05mm-0.2mm with a tolerance within ±0.05mm.

Drying System Performance

  • Each section of the drying tunnel can be automatically opened for easy maintenance and cleaning.
  • Adopts a stainless steel mesh conveyor belt, paired with a frequency conversion motor and gearbox for infinitely adjustable speed.
  • Comprises 3 independent temperature control zones, equipped with 30 infrared heat pipes with a total heating power of 45KW, and a maximum design temperature of 200°C.

Cooling System Design

  • Post-drying workpieces enter the cooling system and are cooled down to below 40°C, enabling immediate packaging.
  • Equipped with two 2.2KW induced draft fans, delivering strong airflow to accelerate heat dissipation of backing plates.
  • Cooling channel transmission uses a frequency conversion motor and gearbox for stepless speed regulation, with imported electrical components and a stainless steel mesh conveyor belt for durability.
