Cylinder Configuration & Customization Design

 
  • FU CHUN JIANG Intelligent Brake Pads Machines offers two cylinder layout types: 8-cylinder and 4-cylinder, tailored to the production of brake pads with different sizes, specifications and molding pressure demands
  • Cylinder structure design is optimized for pressure distribution uniformity, ensuring consistent density and molding effect of brake pad workpieces during the hot pressing process
  • All cylinder configurations support flexible matching with subsequent mold and control systems, no additional structural modification required for production line adjustment
 

Mold Structure Options

 
  • Two mold structural designs are available for selection: mold stationary and mold shift, both adaptable to the whole series of hot press machines of FU CHUN JIANG Intelligent Brake Pads Machines
  • Mold stationary structure features fixed mold position, with high stability during hot pressing, suitable for mass production of standard specification brake pads
  • Mold shift structure enables forward and backward linear movement of the mold, facilitating manual or automated feeding and demolding operations, improving the efficiency of non-pressing process links
  • Both mold structures can be equipped with a fully automatic weighing and pressing integrated system, realizing precise batching of raw materials and automatic pressing molding, reducing manual operation errors
